The reopening of Bamboo as "Euro Spa" was a sting set up by police. First time in Seattle's history to my knowledge; they arrested over 200 men in the 10 days that the sting operation was going. Guys -- if a place is open about "extras" over the phone, they're obviously trying to entice you to come in to get caught. No legitimate massage parlor is going to talk about anything like that on the phone.
