Place is well and truly gone. Drove by yesterday (Sunday, June 9), the signage on the top was removed and a piece of paper with a lot of words was taped to the door. I didn't stop to read it. OB also had an "available" sign where the "massage" sign used to be. End of an era, at least in the west valley
