Susan is "on vacation" :-( my last experience here without susan was not great. not really bad but just average at best. Provider was just bored, rushed and unengaged etc. does anyone know where Susan is? if she is still in the area?

I saw Susan and I have to give her an A very pleasant attitude to go along with the great service! I will repeat for sure! Like other's have said I did notice a security guard in the parking lot across the street watching when I went in and out, I don't know what that was about but I had no issues.

Today at around 12:30 pm I noticed a police car in the parking lot across 62nd, with a cop inside holding telescope in his hand. Not sure if he was watching TWBC, probably yes since there have been so many reviews saying FS recently. Too intimidating to go inside even though I have made a phone call before arriving.

Over the weekend I saw an old parked car at the far end of the parking lot with someone slouching down behind the wheel who did not want to be seen. *Could* have been Uncle LEO.
